These Terms describe the basic rules for using Peescribes, an educational platform providing course-specific access to lecture materials.

1. Using Peescribes

You agree to use Peescribes lawfully and responsibly. Access is intended for the student account to which it is granted.

2. Course access

Access is granted separately for each course after the relevant payment has been verified. Access to one course does not automatically grant access to other courses.

3. Payment verification

Students may be asked to submit evidence of payment for manual review. Submission does not by itself guarantee approval.

4. Course materials

Materials are for personal educational use. Do not knowingly redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share protected materials or access credentials with unauthorized people.

5. Account security

Use your own Google account when accessing Peescribes and take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Peescribes available, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Access changes

Peescribes may restrict or revoke access where there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraud, security concerns, or violation of these terms.

8. Refunds

Any refund arrangement applicable to a purchase will be communicated as part of the relevant purchase arrangement. No refund is promised unless expressly agreed or required by applicable law.

9. Educational information

Peescribes provides educational resources and does not guarantee that every material is complete or error-free. Students remain responsible for following their institution's official curriculum and instructions.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as Peescribes develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
